Refund policy

🔁 General Policy

• Sale/Discounted items are exchange only, non-refundable.

• Discounted orders will be marked as “Non-Returnable” on the package as part of our policy.

• You have the right to check the item upon delivery (size/color). If the courier leaves and you request a return/exchange, you must pay the delivery fees again.

✅ Eligible for Exchange

• If the item has a defect or incorrect order from our side:

  • You are eligible for a free exchange with no extra delivery fees within 14 days.

  • If you exceed the 14-day period, you will be responsible for the delivery fees.

🔄 Exchange Requests (Customer-based)

• If you want to exchange size or color:

  • Exchange is possible if available.

  • You will be charged delivery fees again.

  • Time limit for exchanges: 14 days from delivery.

  • After 14 days, we are not responsible for the item.

🚫 Order Size Restrictions

• It’s not possible to order multiple sizes to try and return later.

• However, you’re always welcome to visit our showroom to find your perfect fit.
