Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery across Egypt takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.

During high-demand seasons, delivery might take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated!
🏠 Delivery Areas

We deliver all over Egypt via trusted courier services.

Some remote areas might require additional time or fees — our team will contact you in case that applies.
🚛 Shipping Fees

Standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.

In case of exchange requests (customer-based), an additional delivery fee will apply.

If there’s an issue from our side, the exchange shipping is free of charge.
🔄 Checking at Delivery

You have the right to check the item (size/color) upon delivery.

If you choose to return/exchange after the courier leaves, you’ll need to pay the delivery fee again.
🏬 Showroom Pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pickup.

You're always welcome to visit our showroom during working hours to check sizes or try on pieces before purchasing.
