NYF COLORFUL BASICS

I bought a Salam t-shirt five months ago, and after the first wash, the fabric got fuzzy and the embroidery started coming apart. Now, just five months later, the stitching on all four sleeves has come undone!
When I contacted customer service, they said no exchange or refund after 14 days, even though it’s clearly a manufacturing issue, and then stopped replying, no apology or responsibility.
I also bought another t-shirt in the same size, but it’s a different length, even though their sizing is based on height.
Poor quality, terrible customer service, a total waste of money.

I own 4 nyf basics (olive-white-dark grey-black) the first 3 were perfect but the material isn’t similar in the 3 basics but they still look great, my great problem is with the recent purchase of their basic after adjusting the fit and the under layer but unfortunately the material changed and the fit isn’t oversized and flowy as before, I don’t really like it at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with NYF.
The product I received was defective (torn/damaged), and this is not the first time it happens as we exchanged the t-shirt more than once but still it came damaged. I expected better quality for the price. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again

So soft comfortable and chic it won’t be the last order
